Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to bring balance. The result is a coffee which can be enjoyed by itself or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It would complement lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should then be moved through the grounds using the plunger, do not stir or stir the coffee, this can lead to unpleasant elements in your cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, perfect for weekend getaways.

1kg of coffee beans  is a smooth light roast with the sweet, citrus and cocoa scent. It has a silky mouthfeel that sooths the palette. The cocoa-like hints can be traced to the days of winter in the living room, reading a good book with the warmth of a hug from the family. To brew your coffee, first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to stop the coffee from extracting too much and forming undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds along with 250ml of water that has just boiled. Steep for four minutes, plunge, and enjoy.
